Eli Raider and the Tuttle Yick team successfully represented the developer of a state-of-the-art women’s shelter in Brooklyn in a Real Property and Proceedings Law § 881 special proceeding against a neighboring property owner. After an evidentiary hearing, the Court awarded twenty-four (24) months of access to the neighboring property without a license fee based on the critical public interest in the project and neighboring property owner’s unreasonableness.
