Rockland County Partnership Dispute

On August 15, 2022, Tuttle Yick LLP prevailed on a motion to dismiss a partnership dispute brought against its client.

Tuttle Yick represents a defendant partner in a derivative action involving the distribution and preservation of family partnership assets. The plaintiff alleged that the partner misappropriated assets and failed to repay loans he received from the family partnership.

The New York Supreme Court granted Tuttle Yick’s client’s motion to dismiss, dismissing all claims against Harry on the grounds that Abraham failed to properly plead derivative standings.

The litigation team included Gregory Tuttle and Alexa DePierro.
