Jonathan Fertig

Jonathan Fertig is an Associate at Tuttle Yick LLP and is primarily focused on negotiating construction license and access agreements and litigating RPAPL § 881 matters for both developers and impacted neighbors.

Before joining Tuttle Yick, Jonathan worked in Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP’s construction practice where he drafted and reviewed construction contracts for owners, developers, landlords, tenants, contractors, and design professionals.

At Brooklyn Law School, Jonathan pursued his interest in real estate by interning with the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (“HPD”) and the law firm Cornicello, Tendler, Baumel-Cornicello, LLP. He also participated in Brooklyn Law School’s Corporate and Real Estate Clinic.
