Jennifer Alameda is a Paralegal at Tuttle Yick LLP. Jennifer joined the firm in 2018 with now over 20 years of law firm experience, specializing in Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Corporate, Trust & Estate, Matrimonial and General Litigation.

Jennifer’s experience includes interactions with all levels of state and local government, special departments and agencies, and interfacing between clients, title companies, lenders, and adverse party attorneys. Jennifer also assists in corporate matters, including business entity formations, foreign qualifications, filings with the IRS and Secretary of State and preparation of authority documents in connection with portfolio sales, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and financing deals.
