Elpida Fotopoulou
She represents individuals and companies in every aspect of real estate transactions, including dispositions and acquisitions of residential and commercial properties and financing, along with negotiating lease agreements for commercial properties on behalf of landlords and tenants.
Elpida is an outside-the-box thinker who always tries to find workable solutions for her clients to achieve desired results.
Before joining Tuttle Yick, Elpida worked for a boutique firm in lower Manhattan where she focused on real estate and financing transactions for residential and commercial properties.
Elpida graduated cum laude from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece (LL.B.) and magna cum laude from Fordham Law School (LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law). She also holds a Masters of Liberal Arts (Finance) from Harvard University Extension School. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
